I. Introduction:

Place the EV coolant into a closed test assembly consisting of a radiator, water pump, power battery cooling plate, liquid storage tank and connecting rubber hoses. Circulate the coolant for 1064 hours at 80°C under a specified flow rate. After the test, evaluate the corrosion protection performance of the EV coolant by measuring the mass change of typical metal test coupons installed in the liquid storage tank and inspecting the inner surface condition of all components in the circulation system.

1. This Electric Vehicle Coolant Circulation Test Bench consists of operation & display unit, heating control system, rotating speed control system, pressure control system, flow control system and supporting assemblies.
2. Condenser: Reduces test pressure to simulate actual vehicle working conditions.
3. Storage Reservoir: Delivers catalytic effect.
4. Glass Tube: For visual observation of sample circulation status.
5. Standard metal test coupons: 7 coupons per set, 3 sets in total.
6. Wrapped belt heater: Ensures uniform heating.
7. Special aluminum automotive pump for test circulation loop.
8. A heat-resistant glass viewing window is fitted on the upper part of the radiator.
9. A thermometer socket is arranged on the storage reservoir for temperature calibration.
10. Brass bracket, capable of mounting three sets of test coupons.
11. Microcomputer temperature controller with digital display, temperature accuracy ±2℃, equipped with PT100 sensor.
12. Digital timer for recording test duration.
